It's been a long time now, but I ran across this tribute video recently and it brought back memories of Ken... what a good friend and great resource he, Marie and their company was for T-18 builders. I sure do miss him.

That was really well done. I always reminder him as such a sweet guy, the video did him justice. I doubt if there’s a T-18 out there that doesn’t have a component that came from KB’s shop. I know my airplane and Wendells do.

I don't know if anyone else sees this, but I think that you and Ken had a certain resemblance. Sometimes when I've seen you, I've thought that. I hope you take that as a compliment!

I remember Ken, walking down the line of Thorp's at Oshkosh, and checking each tail for worn bushings. Once I said to him, " Do you ever sell any airplanes?" He said, "Oh no. Airplanes are for collecting only".
