Try as I might, I can’t get comfortable with putting the throttle quadrant on the left. The plane is too small. I could only see putting it there if it were forward, below the panel. Mine will stay in the center. Now on the racer...... Cubes |

Made mine out of aluminium with a reverse rib form block. Actually pretty easy. |

Beautiful takeoff video. I like that perspective, and it's nice to see an external video without jello vibrations. I'm assuming that's that's. GoPro 7/8? How did you mount it to your wing? Is it on a vibration damper or just rigidly mounted to the airframe? I flew my Thorp off the grass strip at 0J8 near Gainesville, FL for 2 years. Nice to see a Thorp taking off from the grass. |
