If anyone has a standard rod style T18 tail spring they want to sell, I am in the market for one. Feel free to email or PM me. Thanks.

Has anyone used a Van's style rod spring on their T18? How did you mount it to the fuselage?

I just fabricated socket mount similar to what Van has -
it mounts between the two last bulk heads and uses the original hard points, so can be
changed back if need be.
couple hundred hrs so far.
Allows me to use his spring and wheel any other compatible wheel assembles.

I have them and the collars and spacers. In fact, I have the wheels as well. Why don’t you get that one from Phil and let me know if you need anything else.
