Post subject:  Ferrying a Thorp

Hello all,
Any Thorpers in the Fort Worth Texas area that might be willing to ferry a Thorp from Visalia back to Fort Worth for Time & expenses?

Thanks...... Ira

Visalia, CA?

When do you need it to be ferried?

Email me, if I can fit it in your timeline I would be willing to help.

Ferry complete - what a joy to fly that plane was - Dynon EFIS with an auto pilot with altitude hold, nav and heading track. And a O-290 G that John Thorp himself built, turning a whirlwind prop that had it true out at 180 MPH at 11.5 and 2550 RPM with an inch of throttle to spare. I had some good tailwinds going over North Texas
