That airplane has been in Controller for over a year now ... price was originally $149K!! Still way too high at $99K. The seller admits it will take around $25K to make it "just right" in his words. I'm not at liberty to say what Wendell gave for his but I can tell you it was not what this guy is trying to fetch ... and we flew his home!
