Looking good ! I have the same power panel . FWIW I had one toggle switch fail in the 9 years since the panel was installed . I bought a few of the red/black switches (spares) from DIGIKEY (I think it was DIGI KEY ?) Pretty sure I have the P/N's for the switches if you need them ?

Thought I would jump in here too! Got N249R upgraded (servos will be next year) and back in the air. Ended up putting in a GRT Horizon 10.1, GRT Sport EX, Trig TT22 transponder, and GRT SafeFly GPS. Weight and balance are next to see just how much fat has been trimmed off.

Dang! I’m behind the times. That looks great.
I just bought the AV30. One step at a time...

Jim, nice start to your panel. How's it coming?

Cubes, what are your thoughts on the AV-30?

I texted with John, but for everyone else’s benefit, the AV30 is awesome. It does so many things that it needs four overlaying displays to show it all. I love it.
However, a common complaint is that the DG drifts. Mine was initially drifting 6 degrees a minute!! The company has been very good about working with those of us with the “E” version to make it better. I’m currently a beta tester for them. I built a wiring harness to load new software. They just sent a software load that changes source of the yaw error correction. I loaded the software in the Tigress and also a friends Long-EZ. He has yet to fly. I have only an hour on the new load. It was pretty bumpy. The results were pretty confusing. I’ll keep at it and let you know the result.

Hello Fella's,

My upgrade was on a budget for my rebuild.. AV-30 with Tail beacon X for transponder.
Cubes are you still have AV-30 problems with the DG? Have they gotten by to you for a solution? Haven't flown mine yet to see. Static on the grounds seem ok.

Its hard to believe it looked like this 9 months ago. Well something good came out of Covid-19.

That's looks very nice! Its a bit demoralizing when you first rip it out and look at the rats nest of wires.

Well done! I have yet to fly again. The guy with the EZ said it was night and day. He said the last 1.2 from PHX showed zero drift! Yay!
That was my only complaint.
