Post subject:  T-18 plans for sale (with some parts and newsletters)

I purchased these plans for a Thorp T-18 when I went to my first Oshkosh fly-in in 1975. All the Thorp T-18 newsletters up through the date of the plans, and a few more are included. Also included is all the documentation I received from Mr. Thorp with the plans. Mr. Thorp wrote a hand written, signed letter that will also be included. The plans include the issuance of Serial #1117. That serial number transfers with the purchase of the plans. Also included the EAA published book Building the Metal Airplane, which is primarily centered on building the Thorp T-18. Articles in this book by Mr. Thorp include "Building the Thorp T-18" parts I-XIV.

I purchased a few milled aluminum parts to get started, they are included with the plans. (I can't remember for sure what the parts are, but they are either to get started on the wings or the empennage -- although, they might be for the landing gear. I know they were what I thought would be a good starting place, and all I would need to add was sheet metal. I think these parts may have been to start the center section.) Please see the pictures to identify the parts. (I have another post hoping to identify these parts.)

$250 + shipping buys the lot. (Shipping should be between $16 & $45 depending on how close you are to Dallas.)
