the lower cowling wasn't scratched, so maybe the gear legs just bent backwards far enough for the prop to dig into the pavement? It does look to be in pretty good shape to me, who has no idea about post incident structural inspection.....

Wasn't this plane just listed for sale? I seem to recall seeing it listed somewhere.
