Hi John,
The S18 plans are currently not for sale without buying the kit. That will probably change in the future, but right now, that is Mikes policy. The T18 plans are for sale with Richard Eklund. You may be able to find someone on this list that is willing to sell you his/her plans.

Thanks for the info on the S-18 plans with kit vs the T-18. Lots to learn if this OF brain can handle it.

It's a painfully slow process. I am making payments to buy the business and working two other jobs. Sorry I can things moving quicker, but I will be standing up the store soon.
