In this process I checked the entire airframe. The 2 specific items I made assumptions on were issues on the first flight. I checked and ran both the aileron and elevator trim motors. They moved the jackscrews so I didn't investigate further. That "assumption" was the cause for only 2 flights to be done. I pulled the aileron trim motor off first. Faintly you could read the make,model, and at the bottom...24V. The exact same motor was used in the elevator trim. IT's no wonder why the trim would move on the ground, but not under load. I've replaced the elevator trim with the Dayton 2L009 and I have a 12v geared motor coming for the aileron trim section. It will be ready to fly again shortly.

This will be the final post as WT is no longer a "project". She will fly again this am and officially be returned to service. This one has been quite the challenge. I look forward to 218TH going together much more smoothly.

Thanks guys, But the plan since day one has been to finish WT- put it on the market, sell it in order to complete what will be N218TH.

I'll get the wheel pants on WT next week and get some time on it. Shortly, I'll list it on Barnstormers and see what happens.
