I used Les' build pictures for my sign off. better than paying the drug store and depending on the confuser for pictures

Dan, did you try any of the disk recovery tools on your crashed disk?

I have successfully recovered files in the past from bad drives using some of those recovery utilities.

After what I've gone thru with the first 3 of these forms , the level of incompetence is off the scale . The very first one I took the tax office , they '"misplaced it ?" I had to drive up to the tax office again and this time I had them date/time stamp the new copy as well as mine for my file . I have them do this for every form I now submit . The latest problem involved dates on the form ( thank you Fraser) , I had all the 12 days on the form (minimum display days for the tax credit) , except I did not have all the from to dates for the display . It does not indicate that on the form . I asked the Gal at the counter, why would I go to all the trouble to fill out this form and have an event organizer sign it if I didn't have the min. 12 days ? The form asked how many days was this AC on display ? 3 for U-42 , 6 for OSH , 3 for KVIS is what I penciled in . When I took this latest form up to the tax office I specifically asked if every thing on the form was OK ? They Guy even went to the back office to verify and came back and said yes !

As a side note the AC was at KSEE during Wings Over Gillespie last June on the transient ramp and I ask the AF ONE event organizer if he would sign off my AC for the tax form . He said sure as long as it is on the field . This was the day before the event . I could not find AF ONE the next day , but the guy behind the counter signed off my form without even seeing my AC ?

Squeeze my ass for one more tax dollar ! NOT ! If you have a Calif. Historical form you need signed off for 2-3 days of static display at KSEE scan it to me . >:(
