| I am planning to install a throttle quadrant. Does anyone have pictures of their installed throttle/mixture bellcranks and any brackets you made to hold the bellcrank. Just trying to get an idea of the easiest method. No sense in reinventing the wheel. | |

| Go to search and type in throttle quadrant . Bob Highley has pics and you'll find a link to Bill Williams NL write-up . BOOM ! | |

| Thank you Rich. I did find a throttle quadrant post with outstanding pictures of the quadrant itself. But what I really want to see, is the bellcranks and how you mounted your bellcranks to the motor. | |

| I used rod ends on all three cables. Look at how the marine installations attach there cable ends. No bellcranks used. Used Teleflex cables made to length | |

| Attachment: Attachment:Just like Bill said . I used rod end bearings also with standard ACS push/pull cables threaded on both ends . No bell cranks involved . My quadrant is small enough that it could be "side mounted . " Don't look for my quadrant in any catalog , I made it from a solid block of acrylic and the control levers were also made and bent in a vise . I ended up making one because I couldn't find one small enough . I have Muey Macho Hands ! The quadrant has worked perfectly for over 200 hours ! Sorry I don't have and pics of the assembly process . RB | |

| Les Conwell turned his carb around to negate the need for bellcranks. As my Lycoming engineer buddy said, "The engine doesn't know which way it is going. " Les has flown this configuation over 2000 hours. | |

| Dang, that a good idea about the carb. I also realized that if I will attach the linkage to the quadrant levers above the rotation point of the quadrant levers that I will indeed not need bellcranks. Thanks for all the tips. | |
