Your carb heat install looks intersting. What rpm drop or temp rise do you get during your engine runup?

Thanks N633GG

I have a Lieder Box on GABY. The carb heat is actuated with a pushrod from the back of the box. The hole was sealed off with a rubber boot, but the rubber is rotten.

Any leads for a replacement boot? Or are we closing off this hole with a grommet now?

Hi Dick,

I have that style box also... used a grommet. It’s worked well for 27 years.
