I am building a new aileron that will have aileron trim in it. The aileron calls for NAS 178-6-3 hi shear rivets and a NAS 179-6 collar. Where can I find these rivets/collar or where can I find a chart that will show me a new designation with the old superseded NAS callouts?

From my research, it appears I can use an equivalently sized AN bolt in place of the high shear rivet and collar. Is that what yall typically do, or do yall install that hi sear rivet and collar?
