For you guys that have skinned the ailerons by folding the trailing edge does it significantly reduce the aileron stick forces.

Yes. I have flown both and as speed increases there is a significant difference. When I built I folded mine because I liked the looks and they were easier to keep the trailing edge straight but it does make more of a challenge to put the stiffeners inside

You can accomplish the same results by using a thicker trailing edge strip.
