My wife was looking for a small table for my office. She mentioned she liked one that looked like an airplane wing. They wanted 495.00 plus shipping. I told her I could do better than that. I have an extra center section for 66WT that was no longer airworthy. So today I cut the wing panel off the spar and am converting it into a table. She wants it silver and clear coated like she saw in the catalog....  I just have to make some legs for it so that it's the right height. |

Very cool! you could use the other half, cut it to the proper length and stand it on end. Using it as a single, center leg. Make a base plate out of an aluminum plate. |
