My wife was looking for a small table for my office. She mentioned she liked one that looked like an airplane wing. They wanted 495.00 plus shipping. I told her I could do better than that. I have an extra center section for 66WT that was no longer airworthy. So today I cut the wing panel off the spar and am converting it into a table. She wants it silver and clear coated like she saw in the catalog....

I just have to make some legs for it so that it's the right height.

Very cool! you could use the other half, cut it to the proper length and stand it on end. Using it as a single, center leg. Make a base plate out of an aluminum plate.
