If any of you are looking for a great airplane please have a look here ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Thorp-T- ... 5fAircraft This is Gary Green's original airplane and it's on ebay with no reserve, which means there is no minimum price. In other words again, if the current bid of around $15K wins, someone will get an outstanding airplane for 15K. I have no idea why the current owner has not taken the time to get involved with this group if for no other reason than to help sell it. But this airplane needs to be in a good Thorpie/T-18'ers hands. It would be a tragedy to see N1188GG end up in some wannabe RV'er hands. So if anyone out there is considering a Thorp but haven't taken the plunge yet. Here's your chance! |

Heard some news on this today. Congratulations to forum member David Flatter for winning the eBay auction and in turn getting the T-18 deal of the century. Sure am glad one of us got a hold of that great airplane! |

Yes. Who would ever dream about owning an RV when you can have a Thorp.Congrats and I bet you will very much enjoy. I am supposed to be flying off my test flight phase but love flying it, that I foreget to do the testing. There is nothing to test.What a machine. JB |

I'd be glad to talk to David Flatter about N118GG. If it has not been abused since I sold it, he has bought a great airplane. I think I should have kept it and sold my new one. Gary Green |
