I've seen several different types. I brought one of the "Bogert Tow Bars." Fits my AP twin fork tail wheel. Light weight and handle retracts for stowage in the baggage compartment. Powder coated, well made. Makes it very easy to maneuver the tail wheel in tight areas.

BTW...conducted my first taxi test of NX115RX today at Brown Field, San Diego. Handles better than I thought. High speed run on 8R...A/C wants to fly. [8D]

I grab mine by the propeller and push it backwards for long distance, have moved several hundred feet at a time when on a crowded ramp. I guess I'm lazy, by the time it takes to get a tow bar out and connected and stowed, I could be be in the air.
