Hi y'all! Can anyone offer suggestions as to where to source the muffler to tailpipe clamp with the nib as shown?

I have 2 of those on my plane except the nib goes the other way, they hold the leg fairings in place vertically. I think they were manufactured the slot the nib is in was very precise (I may be wrong). My aircraft first flew in 1970 so it might be something from that era, who knows?
