I've been going through Don's flight logs and records the last couple days and have a couple questions.
Anyone have Don's address, phone number etc? He's still with us, Yes?
No one has written a book on his flight, correct?
After a couple novels I think I might still consider this again.
He sent me the flight notes and all the articles from Sport Aviation and other articles around the flight year ago for just this purpose.
Thank,
I found www.thorpcentral.com today and had a nice talk with Jim. Glad to hear someone is carrying this great plane on.

Don Taylor passed away just over a year ago.

Here's a link to a Veterans History Project interview he gave in 2007.

Thanks for posting the Veterans History Project interview.
Question Mr. Moderator what the heck is a Newbie? I would not call building two Thorps and flying at least 500 hrs in a Thorp plus putting in years writing the Thorp Newsletter quite a newbie.
