I used the "Insulator" for my interior (sides and floor) and on the firewall side of the cockpit. It is the stuff that Spruce sells, but I found a "You-and-me,hug-a-tree" enviromental outfit in Oregon that sold it for about 1/2 of Spruce. I attached it using pressure senstive foil tape I got at HD. The stuff you use for duct work...no not duct tape, this is foil tape. You can use it to repair damaged insulation. VERY sticky ! Sorry I do not remember the name of the outfit in Oregon. Try typing in "The Insulator" in Goggle search and it might turn up. You could also try some of the insulation that the race car guys use.
