Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation and I can't attend the Kentucky Dam gathering. My wife had a surgery scheduled on the 7th. Dang!! Next year for sure! |

Hi, We were really looking forward to KY Dam this year. We had a great time last year and we now have our own T18 but unfortunately it is down for maintenance and wont be airworthy in time to attend this weekend. But... We are looking forward to next year! Josh and Terri IL48 NX70BZ |

I just spoke with Anthony and the fish fry is on this Saturday Noon at Murray. That will be our fly out destination for the day, always good food and nicer folks. |

I continue to look at ForeFlight regarding the trip on Friday am. It’s 400 miles and although even with a headwind, I could make it non stop- that puts me landing with a planned 6 gallons. Yeah, vfr legal…but I’ll just stick with my plan of 285 miles on the first leg. Get topped off at 2M2 which is a familiar stop for my trips north. Then it’s a quick 40 minutes up to Kentucky Dam. See you there |

A great time was had by all attendees at Kentucky Dam 2022. The weather cooperated and allowed for 7 aircraft to make it in from all over the southern US. Does Illinois count as South? 2 From Texas, 2 from Illinois, 1 from Arkansas, 1 from Oklahoma and mine from Florida.
