I got home a little early this year and missed all the weekend excitement. A friend texted me that a T-18 had won an "Outstanding Workmanship" award. I think that it must be Les Krumel and his beautiful bird. Congratulations to Les, or whoever it is!!! |

N711SH and N30WW back in their barn at LAL. Great flight home with a stop in Vincennes, IN to inspect DR. Scott's project. Good work, Scott! Great trip, that is, except the last ten miles. We encountered tropical storm Emily with low ceilings and rain. My first GPS assisted approach! Good to see everyone up there. How about 2xB-29, B-17, B-1, B-2, B-52, and 13 B-25's all in formation! Congrats! Les K. Good job. |
