For those in the West looking for somewhere to fly this Saturday, May 21st, I invite you to the Mojave Air & Space Port's PLANE CRAZY FLY-IN. My wife, Starr, is the guest speaker this month talking about bringing in various electric aircraft projects into NASA's aeronautics portfolio.

Hope to see friends from Visalia, Corona, Redlands, San Diego and others. Should be several local T-18s there. 4 made it to last month's Plane Crazy.

PS: And if we're lucky the DC9 that Capt'n Rich flew post-NAVY will be on the ramp. It's still being used for spooky testing so Rich didn't bang it up too badly.

Looks like my DC-9 is on it's 3rd paint job ! Yep...probably still spooky stuff I can only talk about in my dreams ! ??? If the nose is powered up don't stand in front of it unless you want kids with 3 eyes ! :o
