As of 3-17-16 there are only (2) rooms left in our block of 12 rooms . :o As we get closer to our overhead time I'll post asked of events . Still need to work on getting the second RV (motor home) a place to park . Any questions not answered on the main forum page about Sedona , e-mail me . :P

Thanks for all your work Rich.

Let us know if we can't park motorhome at airport and we will start looking at other places. We are self contained so we don't need much although 20 amp electric would be nice so we don't have to run generator just to make a pot of coffee.

Matt : Pretty sure one of the questions the airport management is going to ask is what size is the RV ? ??? I will be sure to check on the electrical requirement although if you have one of those foot powered bike type generators Mr. Fraser Hoot Mon , Hoot Mon ! will volunteer ! ::)

Hi Rich, it is 35', with 2 slides, however we can leave the driver side slide in if it would make a difference.

OK!
Count me in!
I missed the group room thing, but Marilyn & I did get one, so I hope it's close enough to the main group.
I'll plan to fly in Feisty with the group from the Great Northwet!

Sounds good Scott: I am working on the final arrangements with Sedona . They have a new airport manager and she sounds VERY willing to work with us compared to the past "Commander in Chief !" The Sky Ranch Lodge is less than a 5 min. walk from the flight line and the rooms are all spaced close together , but not so close as to hear classified meetings behind closed doors ! :o

Attached is a map showing our tie down locations and the parking for the (2) RV Command Post vehicles . Tie down fee is $10.00/nite and we will get a discount off the fuel truck . We may be able to park the RV's inside the fence , but I won't know that until I arrive on Friday the 22nd . That is all for now .
