Kentucky Dam 2014 is right around the corner folks! I just noticed that Don and Jerry are planning to be there. I've also heard John Evens is making the trek and Steve Hawley as well. Wendell Green and I plan to do the usual Wednesday night at The Valley with GG and then head out Thursday morning to Kentucky. Can we get a roll call of who else is planning to be there? |

Bill Williams and I just talked to Jim Fain, our Saturday Fish Fry host, and he said the fish fry is on for noon the 11th. He would like to have a count so please keep checking in if you plan to attend. For those new folks, the airport group at Kyle-Oakley (KCEY) has a hangar gathering on "our" weekend and, for the past few years, has invited the KY Dam group to participate. |

Plan on leaving Bull Swamp, SC at about 1 PM and stopping in Shelbyville, TN for fuel. Should arrive KY Dam about 4:30. I have reservation for Friday and Saturday but not Thursday! Hoping for the best. Steve Hawley |

Sorry to say but Linda and I are canceling. It is raining here and all the way in between, and not looking good for the next couple of days. We canceled our room so if someone needs one there should be one available. |

Well, the weather outside is 'frightful.'  Mary and I really hate to cancel this year as we were really looking forward to being there; but we need to stay home and chase some skylight water leaks.
