Thorp Air Command - T18.net

Here is the information just released for Oshkosh 2025. Note the rooms went up to $165/night, and therefore your 10% tax went up to $16.50/night as well.

Oshkosh 2025 is July 21th through the 27th
We will check-in under our group name of "Thorp T-18"
Deposits are $165 (air-conditioned) and are due by DECEMBER 16, 2023
All deposits are non-refundable.
Room rates are $165/night (plus $16.50/night tax) for air-conditioned rooms
A minimum of a 3 night stay is required (or at least paid for)

Here is a breakdown of the deadlines for 2025:
1. All rooms must be confirmed by paying deposit on or before DECEMBER 16, 2024.
2. Full payment for all reserved rooms must be received on or before JUNE 18, 2025.
3. Final name roster for our group must be submitted to UW-OSH by JUNE 18, 2025
4. Group reservation becomes 100% non-refundable after JULY 14, 2025 at 5:00PM CDT
