I made one that fit under the passenger seat and held 6.5 gallons. Anymore than that and the passengers head will be through the canopy. Don Taylor had Ken Brock make a seat tank for his around the world flight. Of course, he also had wet wing tanks and I think he said his take off weight was 2200 lbs. |
